Inspired by my own transformation, I pursued formal certification through HIIT Pilates Academy in Australia, earning nationally accredited credentials. My training extends beyond traditional practice, with specialized certifications in pre- and post-natal Pilates—because every body deserves mindful, adaptive movement.
