Absolutely. With specialised training in injury recovery and adaptive movement, I work closely with your healthcare team to support your rehabilitation. Many clients come to rebuild strength after surgery or chronic pain.

What should I expect in my first session?

We'll start with a movement assessment and discuss your goals. Then we'll introduce you to the reformer with basic exercises tailored to your ability. No pressure, just exploration.

How often should I come?

Most clients see best results with 2-3 sessions per week, but we'll create a schedule that works for your goals and lifestyle. Consistency matters more than frequency. Even once a week can create meaningful change.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely. Form-fitting is helpful so I can see your alignment. No shoes needed. We have everything else you'll need at the studio.

Can I switch between service types?

Absolutely. Your needs may change, and your program should too. We can adjust your sessions based on what serves you best at any time.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. We appreciate your understanding.
